INDIVIDUAL GOLFER – $175

Includes 18 holes of golf w/cart, golfer gift at registration, hotdog or sausage w/non-alcoholic beverage at the turn, a choice of Steak w/Bordelaise Sauce or a Vegetarian Mexican Bowl dinner, and one chance to play the Closest to the Pin and the Longest Drive contests.

DINNER ONLY GUEST – $70

A choice of Steak w/Bordelaise Sauce or Vegetarian Mexican Bowl dinner.

DINNER CHOICES:

Steak w/Bordelaise Sauce – includes house salad, 10oz Canadian Center Cut AAA Striploin, mushroom bordelaise sauce, potato, vegetable, dinner rolls, and butter.
Vegetarian Mexican Bowl – includes rice, black beans, guacamole, Pico de Gallo, cilantro, lime wedge, sour cream chipotle dressing, Tofu, house salad, assorted rolls, and butter.

Please complete the form(s) above and email them to Sue at [email protected]. If you will have golfers that will be golfing in the tournament as part of your tournament package, complete both the sponsorship form and the registration form.

To complete your payment, simply click on the button below if paying by credit card or mail a cheque along with the form(s) directly to WRYM at "Windsor Residence for Young Men, 1505 Langlois Avenue, Windsor, ON N8X 4M3". Please indicate "Golf Sept 8" in the memo line of the cheque.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Please note - due to the preplanning and organization required to ensure a successful "Shotgun" start time for the tournament, we require all golfers' names and meal choices be provided 10 days prior to the tournament start date. If a golfer is not registered at least 10 days before the tournament, we may not be able to accommodate their participation, even if payment was provided as part of a sponsorship.

There will be a new twist on the Putting Contest this year to make it even more challenging and test your skills, so don't miss giving it a try. Purchase one or more Super Tickets to receive even more value. (See below). Tickets for the putting contest, mulligans, and draws will be available to purchase separately as well.

Volunteers are needed!

WRYM will require 6 volunteers to help out the day of the tournament. You must be 18 years of age or older. If you are interested in being a tournament volunteer, simply click on the button below, complete the form, and return it to Sue at [email protected].
